Keenan Systems does not offer refunds for equipment that is in working condition all sales are final. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you have purchased equipment and it is determined to be defective, Keenan Systems will exchange it at no cost for the first 30 days. RMA procedures must be followed as outlined below. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us and we will not cross ship a return.
