Domestic shipping via USPS Priority mail starts at under $6.00 for a 1 pound
shipment

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive for the best. Every
transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping
experience.
Keenan Systems does not offer refunds for equipment that is in working condition
all sales are final. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you have purchased equipment and it is determined to be defective, Keenan
Systems will exchange it at no cost for the first 30 days. RMA procedures must
be followed as outlined below. The customer is responsible for shipping costs
back to us and we will not cross ship a return. All products come with a
manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated and may vary depending on the
product and manufacture.
After the initial 30 day period items may be returned to the manufacturer for
repair or replacement. NOTE: if you need to flash the firmware in your device
contact Engenius technologies first to make sure you are following the correct
procedure. We will NOT accept any returns that have been flashed.
We will accept the return of any defective item purchased on our web site
provided:
it has not altered or tampered with in any way (including firmware) you include
your web order receipt it is returned within 30 days of receipt of the order
